The Micro-Nanoelectronics fabrication unit (MNFP&U( is a national clean room infrastructure for micro and nano device engineering. The center supports the research and development studies of ~60 Technion researchers each year. The center is a shared research and development facility, providing a wide range of tools and clean room infrastructure, with a team of experienced process engineers and technicians to complete the high standard service and support.
